The Decision of the State Council on Amending Several Administrative Regulations is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

Decision of the State Council on Amending Several Administrative Regulations
In order to promote the Reforms to Delegate Power, Streamline Administration and Optimize Government Services, and to further promote the "Internet+ Government Services" and "Unified Online Government Services", several administration regulations not suitable for the "Unified Online Government Services" were reviewed by the State Council. After the review, the State Council decided to amend several clauses of the No. 6 Administrative Regulation.

V. Article 15.1 of the Interim Regulations on Real Estate Registration shall be amended and replaced by the following: "Any real estate shall be subject to registration before the competent real estate registration authority upon application by, or on behalf of, its owner."

This Decision shall enter into force as of the date of its promulgation.
